Although I do know people with Tercel, I do not own one myself; how much did yours cost, and did you buy it new?

I have 90 terc too mine is Carb/Auto but I will see what I can find out for you in my travels through internet.
Are you thinking of a weber conversion/replacement or rebuilding yours? Rebuilding the factory one or even buying a new replacement from toyota I do not think will be cost effective. Weber may be a good route to go.

I had a 1978 Datsun B210 GX many moons ago and I did a weber conversion kit a 32/36 its was one size bigger but I got a deal on it. lost a little bottom end but gained top. If memory serves I believe it was a 1200 cc motor and the kit gives you all you need to do right in drive way. I will see what else I can find out for you.

Website to look at is http://www.webercarbsdirect.com/toyota I do not know Tercel engine code family yet so you can look at this page and probably call them for proper application. These are replacement conversion style kits I was very pleased with the gains on my little B210. Some fine tuning may be in order to get the most out of it. Mine ran great out of the box.

Always consult the manufacturer for proper applications and if unsure on your abilities seek out someone who is such as a professional mechanic or someone who has done conversions before for installation.
Your outcome may vary. Remember think twice cut once.
