Edjack is right get the codes, I am just replying to further explain that.... To get the OBD-II read simply just take it to an AutoZone or a parts store. Most of them will scan it for you and tell you the codes that it displays. If yu can fid on then i would suggest just buying a code reader, They dont cost more that 50 bucks even less. Mine cost me 35 ... Very good investment for situations like this.
