We are new owners to Toyota and have recently purchased a 2001 Toyota Sienna with 100,000 miles. We wanted the Toyota mini-van because of the great Toyota mechanical reputation. However, the steering seems little too soft or loose. It seems as though the steering wheel has to be turned farther than what we are used to. Is this what the steering is supposed to feel like, or is there a problem? Sorry to seem so clueless but we are used to driving an SUV (Jeep Grand Cherokee). We are wondering if we may just be used to a stiffer steering column than what is on the Sienna. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we do not wish to be disgruntled Toyota owners on the first try!
