The bracket itself will fit. As to the wires under the seat: It there a plug attached to that harness? If so, first check the fuse panel to see if there is a fuse inserted for the power seat. Probably not, so put one in. Then check the plug for power. If it's there, get a used power seat track with the switch mechanism; plug it in, and you should be OK. If there's no power, you'll need a wiring diagram to check it out. If there is no plug on the harness under the seat, then the harness has nothing to do with a power seat and you'd have to run wires to bring power in. Years ago I did the same thing with a Mazda MX6 I had. I'm 5'4" so I wanted the power seat to be able to raise the seat up. The harness was there so it took me about an hour to switch over.
