Hey everyone,I bought a new taco and have been pretty pleased with it.I wish I had waited for the 6 speed manual instead of the 5,but haven't had any problems so far,I have taken it on some pretty good trails already in stock form and have ben surprised by what it can handle stock. It is a little low on the power side,Plus I wish it had lockers standard or in an option package that doesn't rob the bank. The tires are 245/75R16 and I'm wanting at least a 285/75R16 or 33" range tire .I haven't even hit 4000 miles yet, would be interested in a trade with the factory tires Dunlop Grand tREK at/20'S toward any type of Mud Terrain or Lift mods.Any INFO on power upgrades...IE,tuners ,headers and stuff would be appreciated.can't seem to find any for the 07 yet.I also have an 86-1/2 Toyota supra for trade for lift or tire or winch,u get the picture any OFF Road gear for the TACO..It runs and is good shape,a little rust in the quarters.OH,I almost forgotto ask if anybody has the 285/75R16 on there 07 and how much if any lift did they need to get there? Thanks

Hi, I got a 06 v6 tacoma extracab i bought my truck bone stock. O and it has the 6 speed.it all depends on if u take it offroad.i do a little.i put rims and tires. 265/75/r16 BFG ATs on it first. i flet a little power los. then igot the 40s flowmaster with the stock pipeing and droped a KnN in and got a small 3in. coil spacer O and get some good shocks for the rear. this truck hase more than enought POWER to spin second. i would recmmened on buying a nicer coilover for better ride the coilspacer stiffened up the front but got alought better after i drove it in the dezzerta few times. theres not much u can put on the truck for performance maby a supercharger, heders, chip. but if u want to put 6000 into it more power to u. AT LEAST U BOUGHT A YODA!!!
