Hi, I have a 1989 Hiace Super custom turbo, one with electronic dash etc.. just wondering if the Toyota Motor Manual 2Lt actually covers this engine.. The plate says the engine is a 2L-T. Probably pretty obvious but want to check before using it! The manual says its for a Hilux, Landcruiser and 4runner. If this is not the right manual does anyone know what is?

Yep, if it's a manual for the 2L-T engine, then it covers your van.

It's near impossible to get a complete manual for these Jap import vans, so any info you can locate is worth
jumping down on.

Perhaps what I should have said to be more specific is that it will cover the engine of your van.

The 2L-T is used in the Hiace, the Hi-Lux, the Surf etc. Same engine, and almost the same configuration.
