Hi to everyone, I have changed the waterpump, had the radiator boiled out,new fan motor/ hardwired the fan to 100% run all the time, new radiator cap, new thermostat... My problem is killing Me!!!! I do not know what else to do...It is 1.5l carbureted...Please help?????????? Jim

One of two possible causes:

Easiest - you put the thermostat in backwards.

Hardest - Blown head gasket or cracked cylinder head. Check your oil for milky whiteish color. Check compression in each cylinder - advance autoparts will proably loan you the tools to do it. If it's the headgasket or cylinder head, replace the timing belt while you're in there.
