I recently purchased a 1990 4x4 extended cab with the V6. It has 200,000 miles on it and only major work was a valve job. What else can I expect this engine with this many miles to need to be done to it in order to make it go another 200,000? Thanks, Scott

1. Change the timing belt.
2. Watch for your Starter to go any time (rebuild kit is cheap though).
3. Definitely check your brakes for wear
4. Change the fuel filter
5. Flush your Tranny
