Hi guys,
I just bought my first Toyota. 1991 Corolla 1.6 . The car runs good, but it is not charging. The alternator has been replaced with new and the fuses that I can see look good. Any ideas? Thanks

Add on to my first post. I read a lot about people taking there alternators to an auto parts store and they would test good, but would still not work on the car. I put a new alternator in last night and the battery/brake light on the dash board went out, but I still was not getting any more than 12 volts at the battery. I removed the new alternator and put the old one back in. The brake/battery light came back on. I have checked all fuses. Has anyone ever had this type of problem before? Thanks
