My AC light will not turn on and the compressor doesn't start when the button is pushed. Tested the relay, it's good. Seems to have plenty of pressure in the system.

My questions:

Where are the fuse panels in a 94 Celica. I found 2 under the hood, one near the driver's left knee. Any more I should check for? I checked all the fuses that I could find. They are all good.

Two recent events that may have affected the performance...I hit a HUGE pothole a couple weeks ago, maybe something jarred loose. I also pulled out the passenger side seat and forgot to unplg the seat...I am not sure I soldered the connection correctly but I can't imagine that connection being on the same circuit as the AC.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
