I am selling my 1994 Toyota Camry LE because I have bought a new car that is more my style, and now with 3 cars one has to go. The car has been in my family since 1997, and I have been daily driving it since 2001. This Camry has a 4-cylinder 2.2-liter motor and a 4 speed automatic transmission w/ overdrive. The Camry has 162,000 miles on it, which are mostly highway, and it runs and drives perfectly. The car has had regular maintenance with the oil/oil filter changed every 3,000 miles since we have owned the car, recently the timing belt and water pump were due mileage wise to be changed so I had that done, and I had a front end alignment done, and have the receipts. The air conditioning is Ice Cold, the heat works fine, the tires have plenty of tread, and the car has power windows, power locks, window tint, tilt steering wheel, and cruise control. It also has a very nice sound system, which I had installed, and consists of a $300 JVC CD player head unit, pioneer door and rear speakers, an 800 watt Kenwood Amp, and 2 12 inch Kenwood subwoofers. The car gets great gas mileage and is perfect for an economical commuter vehicle or first car. Like any car this old, it has a couple little quirks, but nothing serious. The ABS light is on, but I know it’s the right front sensor that is bad and that’s why the light is on (I had a shop tell me this, and I have been driving with it on for years), but the car brakes perfectly… Also the check engine light goes on and then off occasionally because some of the emissions stuff doesn’t work anymore (does not affect the running or driving of the car at all), and the rear windows don’t usually go up and down, but one does work occasionally. Other than that the car works great and has never left me stranded, these Toyota’s run forever, and it idles very smoothly. I have a clean/clear title, come test drive it today.
