I have a 1996 Previa speaker and one day the speakers on the passenger side in the front stopped working. Any ideas?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/460.gif)

Might have a bad speaker. Or, the amplifier under the glovebox may have a dead channel. 1991's were known for amp problems. If you have tape and cd, then you have a total of three separate pieces to the factory radio. I pulled mine and sent it to United Radio Service, on East Erie Blvd., in Syracuse, NY. They did a good job, and got everything working good, and they will even instruct you on how to take it out. Crutchfield in Virginia helped me out with replacement speakers. Good Luck.

Check the speaker first. I had to replace all of the speakers in 92 Previa, when I upgraded my stereo with an aftermarket, more powerful system. Paper around the cone (magnet area) gets worn out due to sunlight & heat and cracks making speaker unusable.
