I replaced the fuses.....neither of the turn signals work....the disaster lights work...I don't get it......

One or more of you bulbs may be burnt, take a look at those and replace them as needed. BTW, your turn signal bulb size is 1156.

Could be the turn signal flasher relay thingy. I think emergency flashers run off a different one. It might be covered in the operators manual.
