Drives: 1998 Toyota Celica GTS V6
Location: USA
Hi,

1998 Toyota celica, GTS V6 with 170,000 miles. I am trying to refurbish, at current moment vehicle motor will turn like it wants to starts but will not. Changed fuel, check amp on battery, checked fuses still will not start
