hi! i'm here looking for some help with my 4 runner. it is a 1999, i love my truck. she is giving me a bit of a problem. when i go to start it it does not want too... i crank few more times and over it goes. i had the battery tested it is fine, checked for lights on none, check my belts they are tight. what else could it be. i really don't think it is the starter??? what so you all think???
