The power option for my 1999 Celica Convertible top is not working and it is a struggle to get the top up manuelly, as well as of course I want it working properly. I took it to a dealer who didn't even take the time to look at it and automatically said it would be $1,500 to fix it. I didn't do it. I have heard from a few people that it might just be a fuse. I looked in the owners manuel but it doesn't show much for the convertible option so I am not sure where to locate the fuse to even see if it is just the fuse. Any advise or help from anyone out there?
Thanks in Advance.
