Just a question that i'm looking for some input on. Does anyone know if the 99' corolla's are pre-wired to the rear? I have a VE, so it doesn't have the speakers, just the cutouts for them.

Well if there are already cut-outs they might be pre-wired. Call the dealer and see if they are pre-wired. that would probably be the easiest thing to do.
