my car windshield wipers will not turn off after you turn them on unless you turn the car completely off and the wipers are in a position a certain way when you turn the car off. Then they will stay off. Also the key ignition is hard to get the key into the ignition. Last the doors lock when you turn the ignition off. could this be because of the ignition switch.
