My uncle just gave me his 1999 Avalon XLS and did not give me the owners manual. I do not know if he has one or not so I was wondering if someone had any information for me? I was just wonder if you just pop the fog light out or I noticed that on the bottom of the car there is a metal plate right underneath where the fog light is located, so I was wondering if you undid the screws that held that metal plate up and then I would be able to get to the fog light that way? If anyone has any information that they would like to share with me that would b great!!!! Thanks a lot!!!!!!!
