Three questions for my 2001 Prerunner:

1. A mechanic told us it would cost $400 to replace the O2 sensor. That price seems fairly high for what I have read in the forum. Is this a part you would recommend going to the salvage yard and installing yourself?

2. If one sensor is being replaced, should I go ahead and replace the other?

3. Would this sensor issue cause the truck to idle as if it were choking when at a complete stop?

I appreciate any feedback.
