the problem with my car was that if i accelerate too far it would not work. so i cleaned my mass air flow sensor and i can now fully accelerate but i can no longer accelerate passed 3000 rpm in any gear i switch to. do i need to replace the mass air flow sensor or is it a different problem? 2001 Toyota corolla

hi,

does you engine sometimes jerk? check your maintenance records, your plugs might over 8,000 miles and may be worn out. you need to replace them.
