Hi - I'm getting ready to ship my car cross country and it was recommended by the shipping company that I disable the alarm in my car.

Does anyone know how to disable the car alarm for a 2003 Toyota Avalon XL? Thank you!

Disconnect the power lead as well as any battery backup power source.
