I've let the dealer deal with fluids on my current taco. In the past though I flushed and filled it myself. I purchased a flushing Tee that goes in the heater hose and accepts a garden hose. Removed a block drain, on a 22R it was below the exhaust manifold, and opened the drain on the radiator. Clear water in the Tee connection old antifreeze out the drains until clear. Close up the drains when they stop running and fill with a 50/50 mix of approved coolent. Take care with the old stuff as it is a sweet tasting poison to animals. Collect it and dispose of properly. Hope this helps. Also not a bad idea to change the thermostat cheap insurance to prevent overheating or inadaquit heat.
