Problem #1
I have several problems with the RES, we just purchased a 2004 XLE and the RES was not working so the used car audio shop removed the unit and sent to Yamada (Factory authorized repair) who repaired a drive on the dvd player and sent back. I reinstalled the unit and when I insert a dvd it still doesn't do anything. When I go to the head unit and press this Disc button to try to switch over to DVD I get no response. So we shipped the unit back to Yamada and the called and said the unit works fine.
Any help I could get would be great.

Problem #2
When messing around with the NAV system I went into the override area and pressed something and now the NAV system is stuck asking for a disc. (See pic)

I have disconnected the car battery, disconnected and reconnected the nav unit to try to reset. Please help my wife is **** at me.
