Hi Toyota fans

I have been asked by a friend to remove the front bumper from his 2005 Prius, in order to repair the cracks in it. I usually work on my own car wich is an Audi and have no knowledge about Toyotas.

Could anyone tell me about the proceures of removing the front bumper? Is there any electrical wireings or hoses I need to know about? Where are the bolts and screws involved located?

I also have a real dummy question: Does Toyota use metric or SAE wrenches? (in other words, can i use my own audi tools or do i have to borrow someones SAE wrenches?)

I figured i need to remove the splash guard first. From there on I wouldn't know where to look for hidden bolts and brackets. Would really apreciate some help here.

Best regards

Dave
