my FACTORY CD PLAYER is dammaged. I'm looking for a way to replace it. can anyone help me with A link 2 where I could buy the replacement cd PLAYER? any directive on how 2 remove the magazine?

I'm confused. As far as I know, the '06 Limited sound system is all built into the head-unit. There isn't a magazine. To replace it you remove the head-unit and either find something aftermarket or replace the OEM style.

If you're looking for an OEM replacement - try junk yards, eBay or your local dealer. If you want to go aftermarket - do some research to find what you want and then go find it.
