I've had my rav4 for about 2 years now, and I dont regret buying it at all. Recently, my circular vent button --- front, front-feet, feet, defrost front shield --- got stuck. What i mean is i can not turn it a FULL TURN from front air to defrost front shield. I took it to the dealership, but they stated it was not covered under the basic warranty. Im assuming something is stuck inside to cause the damper valve to not fully turn. If anyone has ever had this problem and would help me---- I would appreciate it.
