I think there is a way for Toyota to change the computer display into English. You might want to give them a call and ask.

Could the dealership also help you with something like that? If there is no luck there, then I thik calling the factory as Accer suggested would be a great bet. Especially since you have a new vehicle, someone should be helping you!

The Alphard hybrid was bought from a grey market importer and not through a local toyota distributor. The reason is this van is not being imported and sold by Toyota Thailand since the Alphard is intended for Japanese market only.

I called toyota thailand and they couldn't help either. They said the car was not designed to be sold outside Japan, so no English manual for on screen display.

hi,
I just bought alphard 3.0 MZG spec. So many questions I want to discuss with Toyota Japan. You have any idea how to get the answer of my questions? How to contact them?

I really want to know anybody who owned this luxury van earlier and share the information with me. Are malaysian have Toyota Alphard Fan Club like Caldina Club or Wish Club?? If it is, please let me know. I want to join. If not, why don't Alphard Owners form one? I though it will be nice because Alphard is affordable now. So many new owners will come up.
