I have a auto accident on 95 south back to three weeks ago.......this is my brand new truck, less than 5 weeks, and less than 1000 miles on it.

The guy hit my rear end very head...... so the mainframe at the rear is bend down..... so now insurance company ask the body shop try to pull it stright....... Insurance company may total the truck if the mainframe cannot pull it stright..... Any advice for if they go to replace the mainframe is that OK for future OR just total it. Please give me some advice....... I need help.

I would strongly suggest to your insurance company to total your truck. A bent frame is never safe, especially if it's has been pulled straight, it will probably not be safe enough and it will probably give you alignment problems as well as other problems in the future. In short, get your insurance company to total your truck and get a new one. Also, if your insurance company denies your request, tell them to talk to your lawyer and say that you and your family don't feel safe in a vehicle like that and that you will be changing insurance companies, that should give them a good scare.
