I am selling a direct OEM connect system for the 2009 Tacoma that DOES NOT have the Gentex rear view mirror with the back-up camera display built in. As some of you might know, ALL 2009 Tacoma's come with a back-up camera integrated into the tailgate handle, BUT not all Tacoma's come with the Gentex mirror to view the camera image. The vehicles that mostly do not have them are the standard cab (2 door only) vehicles. I am also selling a way to upgrade to a larger picture if desired from the standard mirror. These mirrors are made by Gentex, which is the same OEM supplier and the same OEM mirror which is currently on the vehicles. The mirror will come with an adapter harness that you will be able to plug into the existing harness in the headliner for a direct connection, then all you would need to do is put the mirror on the windshield. It is that simple!!! The Gentex auto-dimming mirror is NOT AVAILABLE from your Toyota dealership as an accessory part!!! Take advantage of this deal while you can!!! I was able to get ahold of only a few of these mirrors.

I am selling the 2.4" Gentex mirror with adapter, which is the same mirror from the factory, for $310.00

I am selling the 3.5" Gentex mirror with adapter, which is the new Gentex model with larger display for only $350.00

Please e-mail me if you are interested!!!

I will also give a special price for quantity purchases.

Thank you.

I would like to add this to my 2009 2 door Tacoma but am concerned if the installation is difficult. Do the two you have come with detailed installation instructions and can they be followed by a novice? Will they install with no noticable damage or change to appearence to the headliner or anything else? Please advise at your earliest convinence.

Thanks
Barry

I have the ROSTRA backup MIRROR that has 3 inputs for a backup camera and 2 other cameras, pluse a brightness control. 3 buttons allow you to turn on or off 2 of the cameras at any time even while moving. It that will fit most cars including the Tacoma. The cost of this mirror is $65 plus $10 shipping. Compare it with a competator and you will agree that you get more quality with this mirror. TFT quality. email me at cruisin@live.com for details.

Is yours the OEM mirror??

Does it plug directly into the existing harness already there??

NO

If you have something to sell, start a thread just like I did.

I personaly delt with ROSTRA a few times and those clip on mirrors are junk!!

Mine is a total OEM replacement with an OEM warranty because it is the same mirrors from the factory.

Please dont post on my thread with that junk, please start your own.

Thank you
