Hi, i have a 3 litre diesel turbo 4WD van 1994. It has developed a weird shudder. When it is nice and warm after maybe 50 kms or so, it wants to stall when you put your foot on the clutch and bring it to idle.... but if you are quick on the accelerator you can catch it and it will idle fine. It is not using any oil or water and has the local toyota garage baffled??? Anyone got any ideas?

Hi,it sounds like an electronic sensor problem.Usually a Toyota workshop would have a computer analyzer which they plug into the computer engine management system on your van and it should come up with any faults that it has. Good luck.
