Just a quick question. Are there any serious problems with the 3 speed auto trans. or reasons to stay away from that transmission??
i am looking at buying a used 95 tercel w/ auto. This car has always been serviced by the book and is in very good condition. Thanks

Just dive it like a car and, not a go-kart and, you should be good and, in the cold give it a min to warm up. I think the tran's are good in them. We have a 95 auto and, a x g/f didn't how to dive with out doing (N) dopes. The tran slipped for a little bit. Then just stopped slipping (note she stop diving it). Its been over 15,000 miles from then and no slip's.
