It's an 87' Toyota Corolla hatchback. I just bought it so I don't know a whole lot about it yet, other than it needs a fuel pump. I believe it has the 1.6L engine and a five speed manual tranny. The motor is carburated. I've been told that if it was carburated then it would have a mechanical fuel pump and not the electric fuel pump. I'm not sure. If it was mechanical where would it be located on the motor. Thanks in advance.

Hello there.

i drive a corolla sedan and people have to me the engines are the same like ur car. the fuel pump is located near the carb. if you can find the fuel filter(which is white with fuel inside) you jus follow the piping and it will lead you to the fuel pump
