I have an 89 LE V6 with a couple issues. when I got it the engine pulsated all the time, the idle was rough and it tended to die. the radiator had just been replaced and a tune up done, but the heat didn't work and there was still stop leak in the coolant. there were two engine codes, both lean fuel and rich fuel at the same time. We did a bearyman's flush through the intake, connected a vacuum hose, and flushed the radiator. The pulsating decreased, the idle improved, and we get alittle heat, but the pulsation comes back after idling a while or with an increase in rpms. The engine light went off too. We believe the heater core to be plugged by the stop leak, but other than that we can't find anything else that seems to be wrong that might affect the engine. It also gets poor gas mileage. it has 144,000 mi on it, no oil leaks, a slow power steering leak, and rotted exhaust pipes (after the O2 sensor). Help?? please
thanks Nicci
