I Just bought a 92 Toyota corolla, which is in almost immaculate condition, however if I try to shift quickly from gear to gear it seems to grind, however if I slow down my shifts it seems to be better, but not right, (if that makes any sense ) I was just wondering if the 92 1.6 dohc came with a mechanical or hydraulic clutch, (I'm hoping hydraulic, because adding fluid and bleeding is much cheaper than replacing). Any information you could give me would be very helpfull. Tomorrow however in the light I will go looking for a resevoir or perhaps a cable wich would give me a clue.

Thank you,
Ryan Wilson

Alright, I had a chance to look over it in the light. It is a hydraulic clutch, however the fluiud is full... can anyone let me know if it's possible to bleed this clutch to hopefully fix it, or if I will have to finally have to break down, get it into the garage and see if it needs replacing?
