I just purchased a 1993 Celica Convertible. The car has auto door locks on the drivers side to the point that I have to have the key in, turn it to the right and list the handle - two-handed operation. Is there a way to disconnect this and still have the car locak when I start the ignition? I haven't had a chance to locate an owner's manual yet, so please forgive me if it is in there. Thanks!

Sorry no. Your main feed wire would have to be disconnected. If you do that, then all control established by the ignition would be lost. Sounds like you may have a loose wire if your having to go through a two handed operation just to get out of your car.
