Hello I am new to this forum and looking for some advice. Twice in a week after I start my Land Cruiser and put it in reverse I have died out. It cranks but doesn't start. My mechanic fixed it last week by replacing the computer fuse (I assume this is the ECM). It happened again last night.

I'd like to replace this fuse myself and then bring it in for a look. There must be a short somewhere. I am not even sure where the ECM is located and if this is something I can replace myself.

Any advice?

Well I found the fuse under the hood that it blowing. I replaced it and now need to figure out what might be causing this.
