Hi, I just did a head gasket the other day, and now with everything all back together I can't get the truck to Idle. If I give it a good amount of gas It will stay running, and once I get going it will actually drive pretty good. The timing appears to be spot on, I marked everything before i took it apart and it all lined up when I put it back together. I'm also getting a good amount of what sounds like valve ticking (pretty loud). It always had a tick before but nothing like it is now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like you might have a vacuum hose missing or in the wrong spot. I would also check the MAFS. The flapper might be stuck.
Also try using the diag port and jumping the fuel pump on full time. If that fixes it, then you can rule out an air leak.
