My son's brake lights stay on all the time. We isolated the problem to a broken plastic part (vibration isolator?) in the brake pedal. With the part gone, the brake switch never gets engaged, which leaves the break light on. Can he just buy this part? If so, where and what's it called?
Thanks,
Joe

go to your toyota dealer, tell them what's up and what you need, they can most likely get you it as they can get pretty much any part you need.

That's exactly what we did and you're right, they had one.
Thanks
