Boy, This car is nickle and diming me to death! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banana.gif)

I bought this car in march, one thing seems to go wrong after another! I just replaced the struts and brakes, and the transmission and driveshafts are starting to demand attention!

anyway, the Speedometer is not working now. It kicks in when I'm in forth, and goes to 80 KM/h, and appears to work okay until I go below 80. The trip meter and odometer work fine.

How do I test the Speed sensor? Would the speedo on the instrument cluster be at fault?

Also, I'd like to fit a intrument cluster that had a tachometer on it. Is there another sensor or wiring I need to do to achieve this?

Thanks!
