Hi All,

I am new to this forum but an active member of other similar fora, so I am sure that there are many folks here who are really good with these cars. My kid's 96 celica coupe driver side seat belt lays slack until you turn the key to the first on position. Then it takes up the slack. I am worried that she'll drive it without the belt tight, which renders is essentially useless. Might I have a faulty relay somewhere? Since it works when the key is turned I am assuming that the problem is electrical rather than mechanical.
