Alright, I have a problem that you all, being Toyota experts, will most likely be able to help me out with.
My friend has a 96 Toyota Tercel. She goes to school 200 miles away.
A shop diagnosed her car to have a worn inner seal in the rack/pinion assembly.
She is worried that her steering will lock up and she'll die.
My experience is that steering will just be hard as frik at low speeds.
What do you all think? Is she good to drive 200 miles back home so she can get her car worked on?
