Drives: 1997 Toyota Avalon XLS 3.0

My car shuts off when i am driving it, the clock resets and then it turns itseld back on in one or 2 seconds without me doing anything... that started yesterday... the car starts fine and drives fine too....! not sure what is that... any ideas guys!?!?

Well... your clock resets, huh? Sounds like an electrical problem... Let me make sure I got this right, the car actually quits on you, right? While you're driving?

Yes it quits on me and then in couple seconds it turns back on, checked the battery and the alternator both works fine...
