Drives: 1997 Toyota 4Runner SR5
Location: USA
I have a 97 4Runner, the rear hatch just stopped working one day. Key hole is gunked up, but power lock works, verified by taking the inside cover off. All the latch parts seem to move, hatch just won't unlatch and open. Not sure of the mechanics of the latch, so not sure where to prod or push to open it manually. Any suggestions.
