Hi,
I want to service my 99 Corolla before a harsh Canadian winter. So far everything done already, but not auto transmission. I phoned a Toyota dealer part department asking for a filter price. They answered me that my car does not need a filter replacement during a regular transmission service (fluid change). Then I went to a local auto part store to buy the fluid and I asked a sales person to confirm the filter issue. He toled me that my car needs a new filter??!!
So, I am totally confused and need to clear it up.
