I have the exact same problem with the vent control in all positions. I just bought the vehicle (1990 toyota pickup). Fan is blowing and the inside air/outside air switch/knob works fine. (I visually checked this). Could somehow the leads on the fan gotten reversed? Also is the vent control knob controlled by a vacuum hose or is it mechanical?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
