I own a 1994 Toyota Pickup. I am wanting to add a little lift to it. I was wandering what is the cheapest and most effective way to do this. I am thinking just about adding a leaf and cranking my torsion bar. Is there any other suggestions anyone has??.

how much lift do you want? if its just an inch or 2,get blocks and longer u bolts for the rear and i think you can find a coil spring spacer for the front. if your wanting more spend the money and buy a kit(much smarter and safer)

What good will coil spring spacers do him?
A 94 has t-bars, he even said so in his post.

But an in expensive way to get a little lift (1.5-2") is ball joint spacers in the front and longer shackles for the rear. Blocks will also work for the rear, but shackles would be a bit cheaper than blocks + u-bolts, and also provide a bit more articulation.
