Anyone know if all 1990 celica 4ws GT-R have ABS, if not how can you tell if it has or not. my front wheels lockup even at low speed. many thanks. Brad

Mine hasn't, check for the abs equipment between the drivers side headlight and suspension turret.

My GTR 4WS definitely don't have ABS.
Some info I found out a while back said it was only an option...

the abs light should only light if abs id fitted
