My 99 Avalon ac will not kick in, so I don't know what the problem might be. The freon was recently recharged. Is it possible the fuse has blown? I am unable to figure out how to get to that fuse which is located on the passenger side kick panel, so I cannot tell if it is blown. So I'm wondering if it is the fuse and I have to take it in for service just to replace the fuse? or could it be another problem? thanks for any advice.

Sounds to me like it may have had a leak in the system but they charged it anyway and the 134a has leaked out. When you turn on the a/c does the light come on on the switch?
