Hi, I have just changed the head on my 2.4 hilux surf and its running fine but my heaters are not blowing hot air (lukewarm at best) I think i have an air lock in my heater matrix, does anyone have any idea where is the best place to bleed the air from please ?????????????

From the heater pipe where it goes through the bulkhead.
